Maintenance Technician Pay:
$23/hr - $29/hr+ (DOE)Overtime Available Shift:

What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you'll ensure the smooth operation of building facilities, equipment, and infrastructure that keep production moving efficiently. Building Facilities Maintenance Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs Repair lighting, fans, motors, water pipes, and general building systems Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders Building Equipment & Machinery Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance to minimize downtime Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Repair and replace defective parts in machinery and equipment Ensure machinery is operated safely and efficiently General Responsibilities Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests Top Qualifications (Technician Level I) Strong mechanical aptitude Experience with hydraulics troubleshooting Experience with electrical troubleshooting Experience in building facilities maintenance Proficiency with hand and power tools Familiarity with safety regulations and practices Strong track record of attendance and punctuality Preferred Qualifications (Technician LevelsII & III

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cornelius, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
