Overtime Opportunities Job Overview:
BBSI is hiring a motivated, dependable, and self-starting team member on behalf of a local client in the landscaping industry. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in quality work. This role requires someone who can work well with a team while also being comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
Perform landscape maintenance and basic landscape construction tasks Mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and blowing Operate a variety of landscape maintenance and construction tools and equipment Perform proper trimming and pruning practices Assist with general landscaping duties including clean-up and site maintenance Work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license required - not negotiable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow within the company Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Knowledge of landscape maintenance tools and equipment preferred Knowledge of proper trimming and pruning practices preferred 1+ year of landscape maintenance experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Compensation:
Pay rate: $16-$25/hour, depending on experience
