Waxmaster Janitorial LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial & Floor Technician to join our team. This route-based position involves scrubbing, buffing, and janitorial tasks in accordance with our SOP binder. The ideal candidate can work solo most nights and maintain a fast pace in line with our high production standards. You'll be instrumental in maintaining clean, safe, and professional commercial environments.Primary Duties:
Perform routine floor care: sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing Operate equipment: buffers, auto scrubbers, vacuums, carpet extractors Conduct carpet cleaning and light maintenance as needed Clean restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas Empty trash and recycling bins Transport equipment and supplies using a company trailer Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards Maintain inventory of cleaning suppliesQualifications:
Prior janitorial or commercial floor care experience preferred Able to work solo most nights with minimal supervision Must maintain a strong, consistent work pace to meet production goals Valid driver's license and ability to back a trailer Ability to lift 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Must pass a pre-employment drug test and be subject to random testing Must have a working smartphone for communication and scheduling Strong communication skills and attention to detail Able to work independently and follow instructions Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and read/writeEnglish Benefits:
