Do you want to be a part of a workplace where you truly belong? A fun-filled work environment? We are looking for a Junior Maintenance Apartment Tech for light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, as needed. This is the perfect role for someone who doesn't want any two days to be the same. Basic skills in apartment maintenance are needed; we provide the training for your advancement. If you are good with a hammer, love greeting the public, have a sense of humor, multi-task well, have good communication skills, and are dependable and self-motivated, this is the perfect role for you. This is a full-time position @ 35-40 hrs/week offering full benefits. Shifts are between 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Tuesdays-Saturdays.
