Job Description
Seeking an experienced individual who is an excellent communicator, problem solver, and team leader. The ideal candidate for this role will also understand the importance of customer service and providing residents with an exceptional experience.
Job description:
- Prepare apartments for new residents' move ins
- Maintain property grounds including buildings and amenities
- Complete tenant work orders in a timely manner
- Appliance repairs, painting, locks, and general day to day maintenance upkeep.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude Basic Knowledge of general repairs and maintenance Excellent customer service skills Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 poundsReliable Transportation Job Type:
