Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Window and Door Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the installation of windows and doors, ensuring precise craftsmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely project completion. Your expertise will drive quality outcomes and set the standard for excellence on every job site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, coordinate complex installation processes, and contribute to transforming spaces with expert precision. Responsibilities Lead and supervise installation crews in the proper fitting, sealing, and finishing of windows and doors across residential and commercial projects Read and interpret blueprints. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to install glass units, frames, trim carpentry, metal studs, fixtures, cabinets, and other related components Perform heavy lifting safely to handle large window units, door assemblies, and framing materials while maintaining proper ergonomics Conduct site assessments to plan installation sequences, coordinate with project managers, and ensure compliance with safety protocols Execute caulking, remodeling tasks, construction painting, and other finishing touches to achieve a polished look Troubleshoot installation issues on-site by reading schematics and adjusting techniques as needed for optimal results Skills Extensive experience in construction Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, metal stud framing equipment, and fabrication machinery Strong background in glass installation, door hanging, fixture installation, cabinet setup, trim carpentry, and frame carpentry Knowledge of construction site safety standards and heavy lifting techniques Ability to perform remodeling tasks including drywall work and construction painting Skilled in using schematics for assembly instructions and troubleshooting complex installations Prior handyman experience or general construction experience is highly valued for versatility in task execution Join us as a Lead Window and Door Installer where your expertise will shape exceptional spaces!
