Job Summary:

Friendsview is hiring for their Facilities Team! Are you good with your hands and enjoy fixing things? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe and comfortable for our residents!

What You'll Do:

Fix and Maintain:

Help with plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and simple electrical repairs. 'Work with a

Team:

Team up with your supervisor and other technicians to get jobs done. '

Tools and Equipment:

Use and maintain tools to make sure everything runs smoothly. '

Follow Safety Rules:

Keep everyone safe by following safety guidelines. '

Work Orders:

Keep track of tasks and let others know the status. '

Train New Staff:

Help show new team members how things are done. '

Event Support:

Help set up for community events and assist with safety drills as needed.

What You Need:

'2-4 years of experience in maintenance or similar work. 'Ability to work with tools and fix basic problems. 'Strong communication and teamwork skills. 'High school diploma or equivalent. 'Must pass a background check, DMV check and drug test.
