If you're an experienced window and door installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys working with a solid team, and wants steady year-round work without giving up your weekends, we'd like to talk with you. We're looking for an Experienced Window & Door Installer with 5+ years of installation experience to join our team based out of Salem or Newberg, Oregon . This isn't an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who knows the trade, understands what a professional installation should look like, and can help us deliver the kind of finished product our customers are excited to show off.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Window & Door Installer, you'll work with our installation team on residential window and door replacement projects throughout the area.
Your responsibilities will include:
Remove and replace residential windows and exterior doors Properly flash, seal, insulate, level, and secure installations Install interior and exterior trim and complete finish work Diagnose and solve installation challenges in the field Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Safely use ladders, power tools, hand tools, and installation equipment Communicate professionally with customers and team members Help ensure every project meets our standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Work collaboratively with crew leads, installers, operations, and project staff Take ownership of the finished product—not just getting the job done, but getting it done right
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
5+ years of window, door, remodeling, finish carpentry, or closely related installation experience Strong knowledge of residential construction and proper installation practices Comfortable working with hand and power tools Ability to perform detailed trim and finish work Ability to safely lift and maneuver windows, doors, and construction materials Dependable transportation and a strong attendance record Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work effectively as part of a crew Commitment to jobsite safety and quality craftsmanship
Preferred:
OSHA 10 certification Previous replacement window and door experience Experience with multiple window and door manufacturers and product types Lead-safe/RRP or other construction safety certifications Experience troubleshooting challenging openings and existing construction conditions
PAY & SCHEDULE
Pay:
$25-$30+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Workday begins at 7:00 a.m. Enjoy a dependable weekday schedule with your weekends available for your life outside of work.
