Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performs facilities repairs as necessary
  • Schedule and communicate with contractors.
  • Performs and lockout/tagout procedures according to company policy
  • Installs and assists with new and replacement equipment
  • Works with CMMS system to create work request,
  • Performs preventative maintenance with regular inspections
  • Other duties as assigned What will make you successful?
Job Requirements:
  • Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English
  • Must have basic math skills, use a calculator and read a tape measure
  • Must have ability to use precision measuring tools.
  • HVAC a plus
  • Must have troubleshooting ability with facilities equipment. Backup generators/overhead doors/plumbing
  • Experience with roofing, concrete, and some structural facets
  • Must have experience working with vendors
  • Must have good computer skills. Experience with Microsoft office.
