Job Summary:

Maintenance Technician Salary Range:

$22.00 To $30.00 Hourly We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Roseburg, Or! This position works Monday-Friday. Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician performs a variety of building maintenance and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• (3) years of building maintenance experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Displays acceptable range of relevant knowledge toward building equipment maintenance and operations with the ability to self-manage daily tasks with little to no guidance required.
• Assembles and moves files cabinets, furniture, appliances, machinery and equipment.
• Operating power equipment such as mower, hedger, chain saw and other.
• Performs routine electrical repairs such as changing light bulbs, ballasts and light fixtures
• Troubleshoots minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing and equipment repair or replacement.
• Performs preventative building maintenance duties such as caulking windows, replacing doorknobs and locks, minor roof repairs, cleaning gutters.
• Performs routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets, sinks or urinals, fixing water leaks and leaking faucets.
• Painting interior and exterior walls.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Navigate ticket tracking software, smart phone features and Microsoft Outlook
• Providing top-notch internal and external customer service
