JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of repair, maintenance, and turnover tasks in a residential apartment community. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning living environment for residents.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing the duties listed in maintenance, facilities, or a similar role.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

JOB DUTIES

• Perform interior painting, touch-ups, and general cosmetic repairs
• Complete drywall work including mudding, spackling, sanding, patching, and finishing
• Assist with flooring repairs and installation support as needed
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs within scope of skill and safety standards
• Perform general building maintenance and routine upkeep tasks
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with apartment turns, including preparing vacant units for new residents
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas to ensure safety and curb appeal
• Keep tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas clean, organized, and in good condition PAY
• Starting at $20.00 an hour; Depending on experience HOURS
• Wednesday-Sunday; 10:00am-4:00pm
