This is a great opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience who enjoys staying active and contributing to a well‑maintained property. What You'll Do Assist with unit turns and make‑ready work Complete basic maintenance work orders Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting Support preventative maintenance and overall property upkeep Help maintain a clean, safe, and move‑in‑ready community What We're Looking For Prior apartment or building maintenance experience preferred HVAC certification not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable performing physical, hands‑on work Job Details
