Our properties are primarily located in Ardmore and Bala Cynwyd.

Responsibilities include:

General apartment and building maintenance Plumbing repairs, including leaks Electrical troubleshooting and basic repairs Appliance and HVAC maintenance and repair Clogged drains and basic drain cleaning Basic drywall repairs to walls and ceilings Responding to tenant maintenance requests Working cleanly and professionally in occupied apartments and common areas Cleaning up and leaving work areas neat after completing repairs

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of residential or building maintenance experience Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot maintenance problems and complete repairs independently Professional and respectful when working in tenant-occupied apartments Valid driver's license Access to a reliable car for travel between properties Must be able to pass a background check About Harrison Richards Harrison Richards is a family-owned property management company that has been managing residential properties in the Main Line and Philadelphia area for over 70 years.
