Maintenance Technician Westminster Place at Bloomsburg
Bloomsburg, PA FLSA Status:

0.5 = 40 hours per pay,

8am -1pm 20 hours per week, flexible with time

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative and routine maintenance and the upkeep of residential buildings, grounds and equipment to maintain a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors.
Qualifications:
Valid PA Driver's License required Formal or on-the-job training in plumbing, electrical, painting, maintenance, carpentry and general repair preferred Two years of related experience preferred Able to work independently or as part of a team Effectively read and interpret documents and instructions Capacity to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Complete all general maintenance of the community (basic plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, unit inspections, painting, work orders, carpentry and maintenance support). Perform preventative maintenance.
