Must have your own truck or a van, that can haul 4X8 sheet material. Must have your own tools. Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Enola Property Management is a privately owned property management company. We have been business for over 35 years, providing quality rental units to our renters in the Pittsburgh market. There are a total of 6 Rental Properties (mostly located in the South Hills area - Whitehall, Brentwood, Carnegie, Mount Oliver, Moon Township).

Job Duties:

Preparing vacant apartments for new renters. Skilled in Flooring, Painting, Drywall, Windows, Doors, minor Roofing. Perform routine preventive maintenance. Conduct general upkeep procedures outside like landscaping, snow removal, and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.) We are PROUD to offer: Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental insurance 401k Plan with matching after grace period. If you are someone who has experience in rental property maintenance or if you have experience in construction and trim work this may be the position for you!
