Pool Maintenance Specialist

Duties Perform routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and water balancing to maintain optimal water quality. Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems to ensure proper operation. Repair or replace faulty pool equipment using hand tools and power tools, troubleshooting issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, water chemistry levels, and equipment repairs for compliance and quality assurance. Identify potential safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly and escalate issues as needed to ensure a safe environment. Experience Proven experience in pool maintenance, service technician roles, or related fields involving mechanical knowledge and equipment repair. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques, water chemistry management, and routine maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used for equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Strong understanding of mechanical systems associated with pools such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems. Prior experience working with service technicians or in a maintenance role that requires troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
