1st Shift Maintenance Technician

Job Title:

1st Shift Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift with experience in installing and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will perform and record preventive maintenance and interpret schematics and work orders to execute necessary maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Install and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment and machinery. Perform and record preventive maintenance tasks. Read and interpret schematics and work orders to perform required maintenance. Conduct troubleshooting and repair tasks on mechanical and electrical systems. Work with PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems. Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair. Check voltages, ohm out components, and reset breakers. Essential Skills Experience with electrical and mechanical systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Ability to read and interpret schematics and work orders. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with 480v systems is a plus. Experience with industrial ovens, processing equipment, vacuum pumps, winding machines, and general facility maintenance. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Charleroi, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $58240.00/yr. They offer 3 different benefit packages for health/dental/vision, match 50% of what you contribute to your 401k up to 8% (they'd match 4), offer 3 food trucks on site Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for all employees, paid holidays, financial advisor and health coach available.

PTO Schedule:

0-4 years = 10 Days. 5-14 years = 15 days. 15-19 years = 20 days. 20-29 years = 25 days. If needing to use pto for more than 3 days at a time, must be submitted before 2 weeks of timeframe.
