Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing machines. The position offers flexibility with a starting time between 5am-11am, Monday through Friday. We welcome candidates who are eager to start their career. Responsibilities Document incoming and outgoing machines using software applications such as Oracle, Tulip, and Microsoft® Office. Inspect incoming machines for necessary repairs, upgrades, or damage. Repair machines by replacing or repairing circuit boards, mechanical sub-assemblies, and discrete components. Refurbish machines by replacing worn components and cleaning exterior covers. Perform final testing of repaired or refurbished machines. Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts. Meet key performance indicators, goals, and objectives. Support the department's Operational Excellence journey by finding new and effective ways of working, deploying lean initiatives, and supporting related Continuous Improvement projects. Essential Skills Troubleshooting skills to help repair certain parts. Experience with test equipment for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and testing proper functionality. Electrical skills for maintaining equipment at a designated repair facility. Additional Skills & Qualifications Electronics degree. Experience in repairing devices related to the industry. 6+ months of experience in repairing. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
