We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team! About the
Role:
As a Full-time Maintenance Technician , you will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of our facility's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your duties will include repairing and replacing equipment, performing routine inspections, and responding to maintenance calls. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and patient care.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of our facility's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Repair and replace equipment, including HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and other mechanical and electrical devices Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failure Respond to maintenance calls and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements Stay up-to-date with manufacturer instructions and industry standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Valid driver's license (may be required)
