We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shop Floor Technician to support daily production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a vital role in assembling products, preparing materials for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring equipment and work areas meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality results, and works well as part of a collaborative team. Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial environments preferred Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (or willingness to obtain certification) Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow work instructions and production schedules Experience with inventory handling, product staging, packaging, and shipping processes is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established policies and procedures Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new production processes Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and seasonal schedules as business needs require This is a full-time, onsite position in a production and warehouse environment.
