Skilled Handyman Wanted — Residential Renovations

I'm looking for a skilled handyman to join me on residential renovation projects with real room to grow. This isn't a one-and-done gig — I'm building something, and I want someone who wants to build with me. If you've got a head on your shoulders, take pride in your work, and want to take on more responsibility over time, let's talk. What you'll be doing: Painting and wallpaper installation Deck building and carpentry Drywall, flooring, and general repairs Furniture assembly and installation Site prep, cleanup, and keeping the workspace organized Material handling, delivery, and storage Basic electrical diagnostics (ohmmeter, etc.) Routine safety and hazard checks Working directly with me and other contractors to hit project milestones What I'm looking for: Prior experience in residential renovation or general labor Confident with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment Physically able to lift heavy materials and stay on your feet Strong communicator and team player Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Most importantly: someone who wants to grow into more — not just clock in and out If you're reliable, skilled, and looking for a long-term spot where you can level up as the business grows, send me a message.
