Job Description

Job Title:
Maintenance Technician Job Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all plant equipment and systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. This role focuses heavily on electrical troubleshooting and repair while also supporting mechanical maintenance needs across the facility. The technician will diagnose issues, interpret schematics, and work with advanced automation systems, including robotics and PLCs, to minimize downtime and support continuous production. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, with a primary focus on diagnosing and repairing electrical systems and components. Proven experience with 480V electrical troubleshooting and safe work practices. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation. Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing motors and motor control systems. Proficiency working with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and related drive systems. Experience with relay logic, contacts, and wiring in industrial control systems. PLC troubleshooting experience, including connecting with a laptop, reviewing ladder logic, and making program adjustments. Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems, with experience in Omron PLCs or similar platforms. Mechanical troubleshooting skills to support general plant maintenance needs. Strong electrical troubleshooting capability across a range of industrial equipment. Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Emigsville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58240.00
