A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

We are growing and looking for dependable Pool Service Technicians, Concrete Finishers and General Laborers to join our team. These are hands-on positions for those who enjoy working outdoors, solving problems and seeing the results of a job well done.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Open, close, clean and maintain residential and commercial swimming pools Diagnose common equipment problems Inspect, repair and replace pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems and other pool equipment Assist with pool renovations, installations and service projects Load, unload and organize tools, equipment and materials Keep accurate notes about completed work and required follow-up Explain basic pool care and service recommendations to customers Maintain a clean, safe and professional work area Represent The Pool Doctor professionally at customers' homes and businesses Company paid ongoing training conferences
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Reliable, punctual and ready to work Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools Able to troubleshoot problems and follow instructions Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Able to perform physical work, including bending, kneeling and regularly lifting up to 50 pounds Professional and respectful when speaking with customers and coworkers Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Able to work independently and as part of a team Willing to learn about pool equipment, water chemistry and safe chemical handling Previous experience in pool service, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, landscaping, construction, property maintenance or another skilled trade is helpful, but not required for the right candidate.

SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position. Hours may vary during the busy pool season, and some early mornings, longer days or occasional weekends may be required.
