As a Maintenance Technician - Level 3 here at Solstice you will also be responsible for performing maintenance and repair on a variety of industrial mechanical systems and equipment, such as forges, presses, high temperature ovens, and various types of pumps. will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations through your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform troubleshooting and repair of industrial systems. Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance. Rebuilding of pumps/compressors and other heavy industrial equipment. Working on presses, forges, and high temperature ovens. Utilize SAP to manage jobs, order parts, and develop work plans. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement improvements and resolve issues. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with standards Assist in the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and equipment status Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and repair. Knowledge of industrial operations, including hydraulic presses, forging, machining, and pneumatic systems. Experience with troubleshooting techniques and repair of industrial machinery. Experience with rigging and making heavy lifts. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance.
WE VALUE
Advanced degrees in engineering or a related field. Certified Welder Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to mechanical systems.
Compensation:
The annual base pay range for this position is $54,007 to $67,534. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
