Maintenance Technician About the Role We're looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to join a mission‑driven property management team supporting four apartment communities in the Greensburg area. This is a daytime, weekday position with a consistent schedule, strong benefits, and the opportunity to make a real impact on residents' quality of life. You'll handle apartment turnovers, general maintenance, and preventative work while collaborating with a supportive team that values professionalism, growth, and work‑life balance. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00
