Job Description

IT / Facilities & Maintenance Technician Seeking a dependable, hands-on IT / Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support our multiple medical office locations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can troubleshoot problems independently, and is comfortable working in a healthcare office environment. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support while also assisting with general maintenance, repairs, office setup, and facility needs across our locations.
Responsibilities:
IT Support Provide basic on-site IT support for computers, printers, phones, monitors, and other office technology. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues with offsite IT company. Support staff with common technical issues and escalate more complex problems when necessary. Coordinate with outside IT vendors when specialized support is needed. Facilities & Maintenance Perform general handyman and maintenance tasks at multiple medical office locations. Handle minor repairs involving doors, fixtures, furniture, shelving, walls, ceiling tiles, and other office items. Assist with painting, patching, mounting, assembly, and general office improvements. Replace light bulbs, filters, batteries, and other routine maintenance items as needed. Help with office moves, furniture rearrangement, deliveries, and equipment transportation. Assist with preparing new or renovated spaces for opening. Identify maintenance or safety concerns and coordinate appropriate repairs. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for patients and staff. Work with contractors, vendors, landlords, and service providers as needed. Travel between various medical office locations based on operational needs. Qualifications Previous experience in IT support, facilities maintenance, handyman work, or a combination of these areas . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with computers, printers, phones, and basic networking equipment. Basic knowledge of tools and general building maintenance. Ability to perform minor repairs and physical tasks safely. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Professional and courteous when interacting with medical office staff, vendors, and patients. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel between multiple office locations. Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus but not required.
