Job Description

Role Summary Our Greenville, PA facility is looking for a committed Industrial Maintenance Technician to help keep our operations running at peak performance. You will play a vital role in maintaining our equipment, ensuring that our production processes remain efficient and reliable. We are looking for someone who thrives on solving technical challenges and enjoys contributing to a fast-paced industrial setting. Core Duties Execute regular upkeep and necessary fixes for all industrial hardware and machinery. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults to help reduce operational interruptions. Carry out thorough checks and proactive servicing to keep equipment running at its best. Log all repair work and maintenance tasks with precision. Work alongside production staff to pinpoint and fix machinery problems. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all safety standards. Support the setup and integration of new machinery as required. Required Skills and Experience Completion of high school or GED; a technical certificate or degree in industrial maintenance is a plus. Demonstrated history of working in industrial maintenance or a related field. Comprehensive understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Proficiency in analyzing and understanding technical diagrams and manuals. Strong analytical capabilities and a keen eye for detail to improve operational outcomes. Effective communication and the ability to work well within a group. Flexibility to adjust your schedule for overtime or weekend shifts when necessary.
