Consider joining our team of caregivers as a Maintenance Technician at Vincentian Home, where you'll help maintain a pleasant environment for those who entrust their care with us. •Highly qualified candidates are eligible for higher salary considerations!•What You'll Do at Vincentian Working with our maintenance team, you'll perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems. This can include communication systems, domestic water and waste systems, medical gas and vacuum systems, lighting and electricity systems, and more. You'll also perform carpentry activities, operate all components of the utility systems, and establish and maintain good working rapport and cooperation with our clinical teams and other caregivers. You may also perform landscaping, grounds maintenance and other outdoor/indoor duties as assigned. About You Our Skilled Maintenance Technician must meet the following requirements: Trade or vocational school graduate preferred Current/valid driver's license required. Minimum of five years of experience in various maintenance trades preferred Previous environmental or maintenance service in health care or a long-term care setting preferred.
