Car Wash Maintenance Technician Location :
Full-Time | Field-based, servicing our sites north of Pittsburgh and in Ohio. Powered by Precision. Focused on Uptime. Do you thrive behind the scenes, solving problems and keeping things running like clockwork? At Mr. Magic Car Wash, we're looking for a mechanically inclined technician who's not afraid to get their hands dirty and take ownership of the tools and tech that power our wash systems. If you're a methodical troubleshooter who enjoys fixing complex systems and maintaining high-performance machinery, then we want you on our Magic Mechanics team.
What You'll Do:
Keep our car wash systems humming by performing scheduled & emergency maintenance. Read schematics, diagnose electrical issues with ohmmeters, and troubleshoot like a pro. Identify problems before they happen through regular inspections and preventive care. Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings for consistent wash quality. Accurately and timely record and report maintenance logs, parts usage, and diagnostics. Weld components and maintain structural integrity where needed. Respond promptly to on-site service requests and support operational uptime. Collaborate with managers and site teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
Who You Are:
A hands-on, mechanically talented professional with a background in facility or equipment maintenance. Detail-oriented and process-driven. You love solving puzzles and staying organized. Familiar with logic controllers or open to learning. Able to read schematics, use power tools, and take pride in well-done repairs. Self-directed but capable of working with others when needed. Able to remain calm and methodical under pressure, even when things break.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in facilities, field service, industrial maintenance, or similar. Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Bonus:
welding, logic controller programming, or car wash systems experience. A customer-first mindset when responding to service needs from teammates or management.
