Status/Shift:
Full Time Day, 7am-3pm Occasional Weekends/Holidays
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Extensive knowledge of at least one of the following trades: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, Freon, HVAC, required
At least five years prior experience or technical training in maintenance is preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Active Driver's License required
Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Ability to work without direct supervision
Possess a basic mechanical aptitude
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Repairs and maintains physical structure and systems.
Maintains the community's grounds to include mowing lawns, trimming, snow removal, etc.
Completes maintenance work orders as assigned including, but not limited to, duties of a skilled maintenance worker, testing/inspection of community systems, etc.
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the community electrical and utility systems.
Repairs and maintains physical structure and systems.
Participates in community preventative maintenance schedule.
Maintains safety systems within community (security, fire alarms, emergency call systems, access systems, nurse call systems, patient wandering systems).
Repairs and maintains technical physical structures and systems including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, Freon, HVAC systems, etc.
