Summary:
AS A GENERAL MAINTENANCE
WORKER, The primary purpose of the job position is to assist with the planning, organizing, developing, and direction of the general and preventive maintenance to the community and its grounds as directed by the Maintenance supervisor, to assure that our facility is maintained according to policy.Other information:
QUALIFICATIONS
HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing experience required Must be 21 years of age Must have a valid drivers license/pass an MVR check- Have ability to work flexible hours

- Have ability to pass Criminal Background Check
- Have ability to meet physical requirements of position
