Now Hiring in the Pittsburgh Area — Start ASAP We're looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities across the Pittsburgh area. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and making a real impact on residents' day-to-day lives, this is the job for you. ? What You'll Do Complete apartment turnovers (make-readies) for new residents Handle general repairs including: Drywall, painting, carpentry Basic electrical & plumbing Light HVAC work Respond to maintenance requests like: Unclogging drains Replacing fixtures Fixing minor issues quickly and efficiently Perform preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs Rotate into an on-call schedule for after-hours needs Travel between properties using your own vehicle Track and document completed work orders Deliver top-notch service to residents and team members ✅ What You Bring Experience with hand & power tools Strong general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC basics) Valid driver's license + reliable, insured vehicle Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments Great attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and stay organized ⭐ Nice to Have (But Not Required) Apartment maintenance or property management experience HVAC or troubleshooting experience in preventative maintenance programs ? Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
