Family-owned property management company is accepting resumes for a Floating Maintenance Technician . If you have a strong work ethic, and are a self-starter, looking to make a difference and help our company grow, then you need to apply We are currently seeking to employ a Floating Maintenance Technician to help with our Pennsylvania property locations. This position will float between properties as needed. $1000 SIGN

- Free of cost to the employee only Paid vacation time Paid holidays Paid sick/Personal time Gas allowance Weekly pay Retirement plan 401 (k) plan with employer match, automatic enrollment Discount of 20% on an apartment at any one of our properties Yearly Red Wing boot allowance of $175 Overtime pay is available Training and certification opportunities Duties and Responsibilities include: Exhibiting strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer Communicating and working well with both leasing and maintenance staff members Always representing the company in a professional and courteous manner Perform routine maintenance tasks, service requests, turnovers, preventative maintenance to units and common areas as well as any other duties assigned Sharing on-call responsibility Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical and plumbing related issues Providing own (basic) hand tools Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Attending in-house training as required Maintaining current preventative maintenance property logs The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrate the appropriate and safe use of standard hand and power tools Lifting and moving heavy items (water heaters, appliances, rock salt, etc.
