Maintenance Manager Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance duties and complete service and work order requests, requiring technical labor skills, throughout the Hidden Valley community.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform routine property preventive maintenance Handle routine work order requests, including minor electrical and plumbing repairs, light carpentry, painting, concrete and asphalt repairs Operate small machinery and equipment, as well as inspect, diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance Perform snow plowing and removal Landscaping, including trimming and pruning of shrubs and maintenance of plant beds Pool maintenance activities Safely operate power equipment, such as snow blowers, leaf blowers, power tools, chainsaws, etc. Has the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Has the ability to stand, sit, or move around for prolonged periods of time General mechanical capabilities to repair and maintain equipment and vehicles Maintains a courteous and helpful demeanor toward residents, prospective residents, co-workers and vendors Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1-2 years of related experience Valid driver's license
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Hours will vary and may require a flexible schedule when snow removal is required during the ski season. Weekend on-call hours required, typically one weekend per month Occasional overtime as needed to complete specific projects or during snow removal operations The Hidden Valley Foundation offers a competitive rate of compensation commensurate with experience as well as a traditional benefits package.
