  • Kreamer Headquarters is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and facility systems. Responsibilities
  • Perform industrial electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including work on motor controls, VFDs, and control circuits
  • Assist with PLC diagnostics, basic I/O checks, and support for automation systems
  • Complete preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery and material‑handling equipment
  • Service forklifts and perform routine mechanical repairs
  • Maintain and repair boiler systems and related support equipment
  • Perform welding and light fabrication as needed
  • Read, interpret, and update electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and AutoCAD layouts
  • Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and electrical safety standards
  • Document maintenance work, equipment issues, and corrective actions in maintenance logs or CMMS.
Qualifications Industrial electrical experience, including motor control troubleshooting and wiring. Basic to intermediate PLC troubleshooting skills (I/O, sensors, relays, ladder logic familiarity). Mechanical repair and preventive maintenance experience in an industrial environment. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and AutoCAD drawings. Welding experience (MIG, stick, or TIG) Familiarity with boiler systems, forklift maintenance, and industrial safety practices Strong problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
