Woodward Properties is a family owned and operated property management company with residential properties spanning throughout Delaware County Pennsylvania and Southern Florida. At Woodward Properties our team members are representatives of the company as a whole and we expect the utmost professionalism in all duties performed at our properties. We are currently looking to hire full-time Maintenance Technicians at all of our Delaware County locations which are located in Upper Darby, Lansdowne, Drexel Hill and Secane/Clifton heights . As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary in order to preserve and improve the value of our apartment communities. These functions include but are not limited to: Performing general maintenance repairs, apartment turnovers, complete resident maintenance request service orders and ensuring that the overall appearance of the property is in line with company standards. Skills & Knowledge Light carpentry Dry wall repair Installation of flooring Residential plumbing repairs Residential electrical repairs Installation and repair of kitchen cabinetry and appliances Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job; heavy lifting, climb ladders, ability to stand/walk for 8 hours Assist property/business manager as needed in emergency situations Trouble shooting Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Necessary tools Benefits Competitive salary Medical benefits 401k Training Growth in the company Discounted Rent Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5 PM with on-call rotation
