Job Description

Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Lebanon, PA. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $26/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on machinery and equipment in an aluminum sand foundry Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on equipment such as sand mixers, conveyors, and molding machines Assisting in the installation, dismantling, and relocation of machinery as needed Conducting regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues and reporting findings to the Plant Manager Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent on repairs Supporting production goals by ensuring equipment runs efficiently and minimizing downtime
Requirements:
Must have basic mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Must have experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment Must be able to perform physical work in a foundry environment Must be reliable and able to adhere to scheduled start times Must have a strong focus on safety and attention to detail Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
