You will utilize your expertise in PLC logic and electrical systems to drive operational efficiency and minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Execute complex repairs on robotics, CNC machinery, and high-speed material handling systems to maintain continuous production flow. Analyze and resolve electrical and mechanical faults by interpreting schematics and utilizing advanced diagnostic tools. Drive equipment reliability through proactive preventive maintenance, including the calibration of sensors and power transmission components. Optimize control system performance by programming and troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, and variable frequency drives. Ensure a culture of safety by strictly adhering to lockout/tagout protocols and industry-standard regulatory requirements. Document all maintenance activities and equipment modifications within our digital management system to support long-term asset health. Required Skills Technical degree or equivalent certification in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining industrial production equipment. Proficiency in troubleshooting 480V three-phase electrical systems and motor controls. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex electrical and mechanical blueprints. Experience diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Solid understanding of PLC ladder logic and HMI navigation. Preferred Skills Active Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent professional credential. Proven experience with industrial robotics and automated assembly cells. Background in metal fabrication, welding, or machine shop modifications. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience utilizing CMMS platforms for work order management and inventory tracking.
