Job Description:
Facilities Maintenance Technician The successful candidate will be expected to assist in all aspects of building and grounds upkeep, maintenance and repairs, ensuring that facilities meet safety, health and operational standards.
Primary duties will include:
  • Lawn care including rider mowing and line-trimming
  • General maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
  • Maintenance of equipment (tractors, mowers, blowers)
Note:
This position is located in Linesville, PA approximately 2 hours north of Pittsburgh.
Minimum qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work indoors or outdoors in potentially uncomfortable heat or cold.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in building trades
