We are a leading Property Management company in Central Pennsylvania; and due to our continued growth we are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance individual to join our Team. In addition to providing our residents with expert service for their home's mechanical systems and appliances, you will assist with apartment renovations and other maintenance related services. In this role, you will effectively serve as one of our Team members whose focus will be providing quality services to our residents located in Lititz, PA. The position's work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. We offer competitive compensation, and benefits, as well paid overtime opportunities. Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance/HVAC Technician, you will make service calls to residence's homes and provide them with expert troubleshooting and repair service to a variety of appliances, residential HVAC equipment, plumbing and other maintenance opportunities. As with all our staff, you will maintain a professional and friendly image and serve as an advocate for the company.
Specific duties include:
Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned Troubleshooting and repairing residential appliances and HVAC equipment, electrical and plumbing Complete Turn process of vacant apartments/homes as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager Preparing accurate daily paperwork Responsible for being on-call for emergency maintenance service Utilizing all applicable safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintaining a clean and neat service van and properly accounting for assigned tools and parts inventory Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Specific qualifications include: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred) HVAC Certifications (Preferred) 2 to 5 years' experience in Maintenance 2 to 5 years' experience in Appliance Repair 2 to 5 years' HVAC Service & Installation (Preferred) EPA 608 certification (Preferred) Valid driver's license and ability to meet the company's motor vehicle policy Exceptional technical skills as well as strong communication skills Willingness to expand your technical and repair knowledge; obtain new licenses and commitment to professional growth Ability to support our company as an advocate Must be able to work independently while safely maintaining a high level of performance
