Job Description

Position Overview We're looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping our high-pressure pasteurization and production equipment running smoothly. From electrical troubleshooting to mechanical repairs, you'll play a critical role in ensuring uptime, efficiency, and workplace safety. Shifts Available 3rd
Shift:
Sunday through Thursday, 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM Key Responsibilities Perform ongoing maintenance and repair of high-pressure pasteurization systems and other production equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical components including sensors, switches, motor starters, relays, fuses, and timers. Conduct mechanical repairs on motors, conveyors, drive systems, rollers, bearings, and transfer equipment. Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems such as pumps, compressors, seals, and cylinders. Carry out preventive maintenance across facility equipment including HVAC, water pumps, fans, heaters, and powered industrial systems. Support continuous improvement by identifying and resolving recurring issues to minimize downtime. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems (480/120/24 volts). Welding skills and/or exposure to high-pressure processing (HPP) equipment preferred, but not required. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of industrial machinery. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, safety, and quality in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including interpreting technical manuals and schematics. Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, and working in cold environments (around 38°F). Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules, priorities, and work conditions as needed. Commitment to safety standards and ability to follow established procedures at all times. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
