Maintenance Technician

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment by performing routine inspections, diagnosing issues, and executing repairs across various systems. Your technical skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to the safety, reliability, and productivity of our operations. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and building infrastructure to identify maintenance needs. Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and pneumatic issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team members or management to resolve urgent issues swiftly. Lead small maintenance projects or teams when necessary, demonstrating leadership in problem-solving and task execution. Skills Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems. Proven service technician experience with a focus on preventative maintenance and repair. Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ventilation systems. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Leadership qualities with the capability to guide others during maintenance tasks or projects.
