Maintenance Technician:

Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:

Maintain the campus, facilities, and equipment. Utilize a variety of building trades, including carpentry, painting, HVAC, and electrical as well as general labor. Ensure safety and satisfaction of staff and residents. Ensure quality and timeliness of completed work. Requirements:

Qualifications of Maintenance Technician:

Minimum of 3 years Maintenance experience is required. Attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace. Commitment to safety and quality of work.
