This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing things, and staying active while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. You'll use your maintenance expertise to support our residents, team members, and community while enjoying the flexibility that comes with a per diem schedule. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair building systems, equipment, and appliances Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, fixtures, doors, windows, and hardware Maintain and repair kitchen equipment and air handling systems Install and work with plumbing materials including PVC, PEX, CPVC, and copper piping Utilize electrical testing equipment to diagnose and resolve electrical issues Apply general maintenance and mechanical repair practices throughout the campus Respond to work orders and accurately document completed work Help ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations Support the overall comfort, safety, and functionality of our community What Makes You Successful Skilled Problem Solver You enjoy diagnosing issues, finding solutions, and taking pride in a job well done. Hands-On Mechanical Knowledge You bring experience working with building systems, equipment, plumbing, electrical components, and general repairs.
