Major Responsibilities:

• Assist with Stocking needs
• Maintaining shelf organization in the storage areas
• Sweeping stairwells.
• Removing trash from all public area and office waste cans
• Mopping tile floors in public areas
• Maintain cleanliness in vending rooms - mop floor, empty trash, wipe down machines
• Completing basic maintenance repairs per work orders.
• Delivering special request items such as cribs, cots, ozone machines to rooms
• Provide a 10-minute response time to guest requests that directly affect guest comfort, needs, or security (TV, HVAC, plumbing, light bulbs/fixtures, door locks, etc).
• Picking up trash from parking lot and landscaped areas.
• Interior/Exterior walkthrough's and light maintenance
• Moving furniture for deep cleans
• Monthly/Quarterly Room Preventative Maintenance projects
• Set up/tear down/refresh conference room per agenda
• Maintain order in pool and fitness area, throughout shift
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
