Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and building systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Work with motors, gearboxes, conveyors, forklifts, cranes, and batch plant equipment Fabricate and repair parts; perform basic welding Install and repair electrical wiring, components, plumbing, and fixtures Complete routine inspections, maintain repair logs, and track maintenance costs Safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment Assist with snow removal and general facility upkeep What You Need 5+ years maintenance experience (industrial or building maintenance preferred) Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Dependable, safety‑minded, and able to work independently Benefits 401(k) + company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Referral program
