  • Full-time Join the Lake Adventure Team Lake Adventure is a private campground community located in Milford, Pennsylvania, surrounded by 76,000 acres of beautiful Pennsylvania woodlands and game lands.
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe, attractive, and well-maintained year-round. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and taking pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the community Assist with carpentry projects, repairs, and improvements Operate maintenance equipment and machinery safely Assist with plumbing, electrical, and sewer-related repairs as needed Support seasonal grounds and facility maintenance Operate snow removal equipment, including plows, during winter months Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns Work collaboratively with fellow team members to complete projects efficiently What We're Looking For Carpentry experience preferred General maintenance experience required Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or sewer systems is a plus Valid driver's license required Must be at least 18 years old Ability to operate machinery and maintenance equipment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Benefits Eligible after 90 days: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Vacation Personal Time Sick Time Apply Today Whether you're an experienced maintenance professional or someone with solid hands-on skills looking to grow, we provide training and opportunities to develop your skills.
