We are looking for a Maintenance Technician Location properly maintained and functional by assuming responsibility for repairs, property maintenance, and cleaning. If you are a hardworking, proactive problem solver, with high cleanliness standards, we have a perfect job for you! We have a very strong focus on customer service. The successful candidate must be self-initiating and able to maintain our facility at the highest standard as well as interact and help our tenants as necessary. This job requires flexibility and the ability to complete tasks and work independently for most of your day. Duties & Responsibilities Perform cleaning activities such as leaf blowing, sweeping, mopping, cleaning out storage units, keeping the restroom clean and stocked, and keeping the entire property cleared of debris and trash. Conduct maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing air fresheners, switching garage door seals, fixing pull strings, replacing door latches. Maintain, service, clean, and properly store equipment. Check functionality of safety items (e.g. fire exit lights). Participate in different projects that may arise (e.g. renovations & building repairs). Maintain truck cleanliness, including driving to gas station to fill up gas. Sometimes drive to Lowe's or Home Depot to pick up supplies/tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Ability to take direction & constructive criticism. Valid driver's license (& your own vehicle preferred). Lift up to 75 lbs. & climb up and down ladders as needed. Ability to work without supervision. Work independently as a 1099 employee. Benefits 40+ Hours a Week Don't have to work in an office all day
