About Our Opportunity We are seeking experienced, safety minded team members with an attention to detail for Industrial Maintenance Mechanic on second shift in our fast paced, manufacturing facility located in Montoursville, PA. This is an entry level maintenance position. The successful candidate will have a proven mechanical aptitude and ability to perform preventative maintenance, general maintenance and repair tasks. The candidate will learn to change over equipment for different production runs and build a skill set that would provide for future promotion to Maintenance Mechanic 1. Qualifications Ability to read manuals and instructions and interpret drawings. Ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment and parts of equipment. Ability to run conduit, use test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance to electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Technical School or Related College coursework preferred. Minimum of 6 months Background checks, drug screens & 2 forms of proper identification, are conditions of employment.
