Job Description
The Commons @ Fallsington seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time position with rotating on-call responsibilities. Due to on-call responsibilities, applicants must live within 20 minutes from the property to handle emergency maintenance calls. This position is hourly plus overtime for on-call. The ideal candidate should have general experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, basic HVAC and/or appliance repair.
Requirements:
- Related experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, basic HVAC and/or appliance repair
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must supply own hand-tools
- Must be willing to work on-call every other week
- Must pass criminal background check & drug screening
- Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 70lbs
- Snow removal required
